If you breach any provision of these Terms of Use, your right to access the School shall cease immediately.

5. MEMBERSHIP & CANCELLATION

If you wish to terminate the Service and delete your account please contact us via [email protected], we will assist you. No refunds will be issued if not in line with the 30 day action based money back guarantee which is outlined below.

6. REFUND POLICY

On Your Onyx Forex Trading Accelerator 2.0 Purchase:

At Onyx Forex , we stand behind the ability of our program to get you results when you spend the time studying and implementing what you learn. Because of this, we simply ask that you give the program a fair attempt.

1. As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we DO NOT generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made (refer to point number 2)
2. With the purchase of your Onyx Trading Accelerator 2.0 we grant you an initial same day NO questions asked refund in full, after this time period has passed you will enter our Action Based 30 Day Refund Guarantee.

Our refund guarantee is a black and white guarantee meaning refunds are granted on a black and white basis (no grey area). If you have taken the required actions to qualify (listed below), then you can receive a full refund, no questions asked.

If you have not taken the required actions to qualify for a full refund (listed below), then you do not qualify and you will not receive a refund. There will be no exceptions.

The Conditions For The 30 day Onyx Action Based Refund Are As Follows:

1. The member must watch all mindset videos in week one and also complete up to week six of the video training (this ensures you have given our program a proper go before throwing in the towel and again, protects our business from intellectual property theft)
2. The member must create a funded live trading account and make a minimum of 10 trades, these trades need to be tracked with screenshots, this is to ensure you have given our strategy a proper trial.
3. At least 1 Facebook post asking for feedback OR an email to Nick asking for help/support, this is where we see people not finding success, when they don’t lean on the support network we have built for you. Nick is available to help 24/7 and will email or respond back within 3-5 hours.
4. Finished at least 50% of the Live Q/A sessions within the course, this is where loads of questions are answered and a lot of knowledge is presented.

We are DEDICATED to your success and want you to use the program the way it was intended. We have no intent of withholding refunds to people who have made an honest attempt and found this business model is not for them. The following reasons do not qualify for the 30 day refund guarantee and you will not receive a refund if:

To qualify for the 1000 Guarantee you will need to do the action based steps below, if you complete these Onyx will grant you with USD $1,000 to your trading account immediately

1. Trade on Live Account for a minimum of 10 trades.
2. These trades need to be tracked, screenshotted with your Entry, Exit & Stop Loss, also the reasoning behind why you took the trade.
3. These trades need to follow the 3:1 Strategy we have taught and need to follow your trading plan.
4. If you have followed the above steps and have not made a winning trade, we will fund your account.
